The largest rainforest in all of Ultern, it covers most of the island of Chura and is filled to the brim with various tropical fauna and flora. Deemed as one of the greatest treasures of Ultern, it’s established as a nature preserve — placed under the protection of local Pokémon Rangers stationed in the island.

<aside> 🌲 Visitors are advised to follow Ranger Rules while traversing throughout Swaying Haven:
The designated forest trail as mentioned in the Ranger Rules is hard to miss as they are indicated by the bright orange rope that is lined on the side of the path. They can also be seen at the darkness of night, so getting lost while on the trail is no issue.
Swaying Haven is divided into five (5) areas based on specific landmarks and characteristics in the rainforest. Each area is monitored by the Rangers and their Ranger Pokémon who patrol the forest every 12 hours of the day from morning to evening. This is the same amount of time it takes to circle around the entire forest on foot.
Brochures of Swaying Haven Nature Preserve are available in Pokémon Centers around the Ultern Region containing the map and location highlights.

This charming two-story coffeehouse may seem out of place with the wilderness surrounding its background. However, this establishment along with its employees running it were in fact drifted into this region fairly recently. And although there had been discussions of transferring the location, further complications forced the rangers to leave the café running where it is (much to their dismay.)
With mostly Pokémon running the café itself, it welcomes and serves all kinds of guests big and small. Even Mythical Pokémon have a place to stop by and grab a meal.
The café is also the only establishment within Swaying Haven where you are free to interact with the Wild Pokémon and relax alongside them. Catching them however is still prohibited.
What was once a main source of income for the people of Adanook, the mine closed down just 50 years ago due to low demand for coal, along with the introduction of electricity as a much cleaner source of energy. As time passed, the forest took back the mine as greenery covered the abandoned brick pillars and rust-laden cart rails.
The entrance to the mine has eroded over time, making it completely inaccessible.
This path is part of the main Ultern Route, and bridges between Adanook Town and Route 6. It’s also an area inhabited by Pikachu colonies, and as such Pikachus (as well as Pichus and Raichus) are commonly found passing by. Patches of scorched earth and burnt grass are also a common sight — an indication that a Pikachu is nearby.
Built as a lookout for Pokemon Rangers assigned on patrol duty. It’s also used as an observation deck and a rest stop for travelers. Although usually unmanned, each watchtower has a few certain amenities such as a bed, first aid supplies, and a radio to contact the ranger station.
